Igie Yapi Construction Company launches its new project in the Al -Fateh town of Kouli, over a 41,000 -square -meter plot of land under the name "Hand Mavi". The project is characterized by its location centered on the historic half of the island. The project will be established with 10 buildings on 4 floors, with the first floors to be 12 meters high. The project includes 125 residans and 23 commercial units. The project provides 1+1, 1+2, 1+3+4+5++6+6+6++6++6+. Apartments 1+1 ranges between 65-99 square meters, while 1+2 apartments range between 135-174 square meters. The project departments will also be returned, equipped with commercial offices and hotels, and offered for sale. The rich project is expected to be delivered in terms of social facilities in the month of April 2022. This was explained by Hassan Ennch Kapadai, Chairman of the Igis Yapi Construction Company, that the project capital is 2.5 billion TL.
