All of the rising project apartments are designed in the town of Jubara, affiliated to the state of Trabzon, with the number of rooms 1+3. The project apartments were distributed to have 4 apartments on each floor. The apartments at the front end of the project are characterized by being overlooking the sea. The project apartments close to the airport are also distinguished by being a parent bathroom, central heating system, a triple oven set, an internal communication system and a central satellite system.
