Aiden Yay's Construction Company launches the Western Mediterranean Award for its new project in the ascending town of Murad Pasha, affiliated with the state of Antalya, under the name "Zeiten Park Residan". The project rises over a plot of 5400 square meters and consists of 84 apartments. The project provides 1+1 and 1+3 apartments options with areas ranging from 90-138 square meters. The project includes many social facilities such as children's play spaces, an adult pool, a children's pool and a sports center. While the project apartments include central air conditioning, a triple oven group, a parent bathroom and a parenting room for parents. The project is allocated a closed car park that can accommodate one car for each apartment in addition to a 24 -hour monitoring system throughout the week. The project is expected to return to its customers with profits of up to 30% when completed.
