The Novil Maltebi project will be created by Agaoglu Omak Construction Company in the Yali neighborhood of the town of Maltebi over a 5300 square meter plot. The project consists of two buildings with 163 apartments. The project apartments that attract the interest of customers through its green spaces and social facilities are designed, provided that the number of its rooms is 1+1, 1+2, 1+3, 1+4, 1+5 and 2+4. Project apartments range between 60-260 square meters.
