The MSY project climbs a Cartal's view at a point overlooking the islands and sea in the Hurriyet neighborhood of the town of Kartal. The project equipped with a boutique design is away from the Metro Cartal station, the E-5 highway and the Metro Marmari station, with a distance of only 2 km. The project includes many social facilities such as an open parking, another closed, open pool, sauna, Turkish bath, café, children's play spaces, a sport center and a gyrcene. The project revenues were determined at 275 Turkish liras per month.
