Metro House Evleri

The Metro House Evleri project was created by Arzon Yapi Construction Company over a 1,000 -square -meter plot of land in the town of Esenyrt of Istanbul. The project includes 1+2 and 1+3 apartments and duplex apartments with areas ranging from 90-145 square meters. The project includes several social facilities such as a closed pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a sport center, a steam room and children's toys spaces. The rental revenues in the project are expected to start from 2000-2500 TL monthly.
